Long Creek Pastures

Long Creek Pastures is located just east of Washington, IA and produces high quality, pasture raised beef and eggs.

Owners Michael & Kelsey Vittetoe started Long Creek Pastures in 2018 as a way to diversify their farm. They did this not only by adding the cattle/beef enterprise, but also by introducing a vast array of plant species to their pastures, which had previously been used for monoculture row crop production. Regenerative grazing practices are used to produce cattle that are 100% pasture raised (no feedlots, ever), naturally healthy, and well finished without feeding any stored grains. This practice is not only beneficial for the livestock, but also for the ecosystem as a whole.

Beef is available for sale in bulk (1/4, 1/2 & whole) as well as A La Carte by the cut.
